Abd El-Halim Kuteshat holds a Masters degree in Public
International Law from Oxford Brookes University at Oxford shire
in the United Kingdom and a BA in Law from Amman Al-Ahliyya
University in Jordan. He is a business lawyer and enjoys
extensive practical expertise in the areas of Banking Law, Anti
Money Laundry Law, Companies Law, Investment Law, Securities
Law, Agency and Distributorship, Labor Law, Civil Law and Civil
Litigation. Additionally Mr. Kuteshat attended and completed
several training programs organized by the International Labor
Organization and by AMIR Program (a funded program by USAID) in
respect of Strategic Management, Strategic Human Resources
Management and Communications Skills.
Mr. Kuteshat has served as a board member in various Leading
listed public shareholding companies including without
limitation: Al-Manara Insurance Company, Taameer Jordan Holdings
and Al Quds Bank, in addition to serving as a Secretary of the
Board of Directors of other principal listed companies including
without limitation: Jordan Dubai Islamic Bank and First Jordan
PLC.
Mr. Kuteshat is a member of the Jordan Bar Association and an
accredited Compliance Officer from the Jordanian Securities
Commission.
