Areej Ghosheh holds an LL.B in Law from University of Jordan.
She attended many law courses at Anglo World College, London and
Bell College, Cambridge. She is a commercial lawyer and enjoys
extensive practical expertise in the area of corporate issues,
trial procedures, labor matters, intellectual property and
competition issues.
She has advised many commercial corporations which helped in
developing her legal knowledge in taxation and labor issues.
Additionally, she has written many papers and articles on labor
law. And she enjoys practical expertise in the areas of
resolving disputes by Alternative Dispute Resolution; she is
heavily involved in various Construction Disputes.
Ms. Ghosheh is specialized in establishment of businesses and in
providing the necessary advice and legal documentation required
to achieve the Clients’ on-going commercial objectives, advising
on the most appropriate legal entity through which to conduct
business in Jordan, as well she is specialized in mergers and
acquisitions and due diligence reports
Ms. Ghosheh has a large experience on advising upon and drafting
a full range of Commercial Agreements, including: (Memorandum of
Understanding, Business Management Agreements, Commercial
Agency, Distribution and Supply Agreements, Joint Venture
Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Share or Assets Sale and
Purchase Agreements, Franchise Agreements, and Hotel Management
Agreements).
