Laith Nasrawin holds a Ph.D in Public Law from the University of
Manchester in the United Kingdom, an LL.M in Private
International Law from the University of Jordan (with
Distinction), and an LL.B from the University of Jordan. Dr
Nasrawin is a member of Jordan Bar Association and has a broad
range of practical expertise in areas of banking (as a former
member of the legal department in a leading Jordanian Bank),
international trade matters and foreign investment, arbitration
and concession agreements, labour and intellectual property
issues. He has advised many leading multinational corporations,
as well as local and regional firms in respect to various legal
themes and laws in Jordan including the Commercial Law,
Investments Law, Companies Law, Labour and Social Security Laws.
Dr. Nasrawin is a full time Lecturer in the School of Law at the
University of Jordan. He offers teaching courses of
Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Democracy and Human
Rights (classes in both Arabic and English) for undergraduates.
Dr Nasrawin has an accumulative experience of 4 years teaching
in the School of Law at the University of Manchester where he
offered teaching courses of Legal Methodology, Constitutional
Law, Administrative Law and Jurisprudence. Additionally, Dr.
Nasrawin has written many papers and newspaper articles on
Jordan Constitutional system, and has participated in many law
conferences nationally and internationally.
