  •    Sewar is the Head of the Corporate Department with a wide experience in all corporate and commercial aspects of the Law, and Labor Law. As the Head of Corporate Department she has been advising and drafting contracts and agreements for clients from both private and public sectors in Jordan. She also has extensive experience in Intellectual Property rights including but not limited to; filing and registering Trademarks, Patents and Copyrights. In addition to filing cases against infringing trademarks for national and international companies. With her vast knowledge of investment Laws in Jordan Sewar has been counseling foreign and Jordanian clients on all their related commercial, real estate, and business transactions in Jordan. 
  •     Sewar experience and responsibilities include but not limited to Drafting all kinds of Agreements, MoUs, Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements Share or Assets Sale and Purchase Agreements and others.
  •    She has been Advising national and international clients on Jordanian Laws with respect to Companies Law, Labor Law, data protection, Intellectual Property and drafting legal memorandum thereto. 
  •    Worked on many projects with International entities regarding matters of Anti-Corruption, Human Rights, Venture Capital and Seed Capital Funds in Jordan. In addition to that she was assigned on working on various acquisitions and share transaction or national and international companies in specific to a certain deal that amounted to 80 Million USD and another deal that amounted to 200 Million USD.her  scope of work included conducting due diligence, entering into negotiations, drafting required SPA(s), NDA(s) and shareholders Agreement(s). in addition to that Sewar Worked as a liaison officer for registering off shores companies in Jersey with Nautilus Trust Company.

  •     Member of the Arab Society of Intellectual Property (ASIP),Sewar has participated in different Legal seminars, concerning the intellectual property in Jordan.
